B+E Training & Assessment

November 2021 saw the suspension of the requirement to pass a B+E test, this means that anyone with a Category B car licence automatically has the right to tow up to 3,500kg (MAM) without any experience – drivers could be putting themselves and other road users in danger through inexperience.

Our 1 day Skills for Logistics B+E training and assessment teaches the basic skills required to safely tow items such as trailers, horse boxes and caravans. Upon completion of our in-house assessment you will receive a Skills for Logistics Certificate which could reduce your risk of an accident and lower your insurance premiums.

Member of the Farmer Network?

Farmer Network members, their families and workers aged 40 or under can apply for a voucher to cover up to 50% of the cost of training, with a maximum grant of £200. Call (01768) 868615 to apply.
