Mental Health Foundation – charity for everyone’s mental health. With prevention at the heart of what they do, they aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems. The provide a lot of information and support, including specific information on Men’s Mental Health

Mind – provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They also campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

NSPCC – the UK’s leading children’s charity fighting to end child abuse, offer advice and support for those suffering abuse.

Internet Matters – work collaboratively across industry, government and with schools to reach UK families with tools, tips and resources to help children benefit from connected technology smartly and safely. They also offer specific advice on Cyberbullying
