Not only a trailblazer in industry, less than 1% of HGV drivers are female, Leanne was instrumental in supporting other learners within her depot. On-the-job learning takes discipline and commitment. Leanne acted as an informal buddy to her colleagues, leading from example and offering insightful support to ensure others followed in her success.

Leanne has been an exceptional LGV C+E apprentice at CEMEX, from passing her LGV theory and practical tests first time to achieving an overall Distinction in her End Point Assessment.
