Progress Reviews

Regular reviews bring the learner, employer and SP Training together to discuss progress, celebrate achievements and plan the next stage of development.

Dedicated Learning Advisor

Every learner receives ongoing support from a dedicated Learning Advisor throughout their apprenticeship.

End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Once the learner has completed the training stage and met all gateway requirements, they will move on to an independent End-Point Assessment.

Workplace Improvement Project

Learners complete a project based on a real workplace improvement, demonstrating their ability to analyse, plan and implement positive operational change.

Professional Discussion

Learners take part in a structured discussion with an independent assessor, supported by evidence gathered throughout the apprenticeship, demonstrating the knowledge, skills and behaviours developed during the programme.

Learners can achieve a Pass or Distinction.
