SP Training expands apprenticeship portfolio with L4 Assessor Coach

This unique course includes the Level 3 CAVA Assessor Award, which is the industry standard qualification for people looking to assess learners for accredited courses.

The addition of this course will benefit a variety of sectors in the local area to provide employees with the skills and development who are involved in training, coaching, and assessing of apprentices, trainees, or new recruits in the workplace. Some workplace examples might include Care Homes, Hospitals, Factory Environments, Local Government Authorities, Armed Forces, Constabulary and more.

Upon successful completion learners will gain the following;

• Level 4 Coach Assessor Apprenticeship
• Level 1 Safeguarding
• *CAVA Level 3 Assessing qualification

To deliver Training for the course, SP Training also welcome Simon Cook, Assessor Coach / Management Development Tutor following a string of new hires to aid the company’s expansion.

Simon has recently joined us and brings with him, a wealth of experience in senior HR and Learning and Development management roles across a number of sectors. For the past 8 years he has been responsible for assessing learners at levels 7, 5, 4 and 3 in Strategic Leadership, Operational Management, HR, Team Leading and Coaching with over 95% distinction rate.
