It has become increasingly important to look after your own and your colleagues’ mental health, particularly within the Logistics industry. Through this course, you will understand the importance of having good quality conversations with people around you, discussing mental health and feeling more confident in supporting others.

This course has been specifically built to count towards your Driver CPC hours and is accredited by Mental Health First Aid England.

Support yourself and your colleagues while you explore the importance of mental health and how to improve your wellbeing. You will also gain an understanding of the impact that stigma and prejudice can have on mental health and wellbeing.
