Katy’s Blog – part 10

We  thought the best way for everyone to understand what goes on during an apprenticeship was to get one of our apprentices point of view. Katy is doing her Supply Chain Warehouse Operative apprenticeship with us and has very kindly agreed to keep you all up to date.

I can’t believe how far I’ve come since this time last year.  I’m getting more and more confident as a person when it comes to things such as face to face interaction. There’s not a day where I physically dread going to work.  Yeah, you get the mornings where your absolutely knackered and can barely keep your eyes open but even then it’s still good.  I couldn’t imagine going back to this time last year legit doing nothing all day long, 7 days a week. It’d be horrific!

I’m back into SP Training next week to spend two days getting ready for my end point assessment.  Not gonna lie I’m nervous as anything!  They will be coming into my work to assess me on the end point assessment.

The best part about my job? Is probably that I’m not stuck in an office all day or I’m not outside 24/7, it’s so varied, no day is the same.

I can’t get over how quick it’s gone,  I mean it’s almost been 11 months.
